Guest guest
Joe. We're just as glad for small blessings as big ones, huh. I'm glad you are stable. MamaSher; 70, IPF 3-06, OR. NasturtiumsDon't fret about tomorrow, God is already there! Randomized, Placebo-Controlled Study to Evaluate Safety and Effectiveness of Ambrisentan in IPF - Full Text View - ClinicalTrials.gov Hi gang, I had all of my tests yesterday and I have not changed one bit in the last 6 months. Had a great day and found new energy after the tests. (all in my mind). If Gilead accepts test results the I will return within 2 weeks for heart catherization and then the administering of the drug or placebo. I had a great talk with one of the nurse techs that stayed with me during the testing and she really had a handle on this disease and how we feel. It was a great feeling to discuss IPF and have someone other than a support group member or spouse know what we have to handle and how it affects us and family. Thanks for the well wishes sent also. Joanie made reservations for the Chattanooga trip. We will be there Friday and Saturday nights and are greatly anticipating meeting fellow warriors. For all interested there is a link to the trial for the Artemis study. Also in the clinical trials .gov is listed other interesting info. Thanks to all, Joe http://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT00768300?term=ipf & rank=1 JOE & JOANIE LAMENSKIE IPF JAN. 2008
