Guest guest
Darn Doug!!! So sorry you had to spend Christmas or any part of it at the hospital!!! Is Carol feeling any better?? What did the hospital say?? Doesn't seem like supplements would cause this kind of reaction, altho herbs you do have to be careful with. I once quit smoking and ate Good and Plenty's every day....my blood pressure went sky high (when usually normal/low) b/c of the licorice (which is an herb). Hoping someone else on the board has some answers for you about the skin feeling on fire...doesn't sound too pleasant. I'm wondering if the Sarno Lotion you can get at pharmacy would soothe that for her...would be worth a try. It has Camphor and Menthol listed as active ingredients...it's very soothing for Glenn and his itchy skin...on TV they advertise it for temp. relief of skin conditions and irritations, as well as the itching. Hope she gets some relief soon. I think I would also talk with the ONC. about this burning sensation. What is CTCA? Lots of hugs and prayers, Donelle Caregiver to Glenn
