Even when I sleep alone I cant sleep, so its not just DH and his breathing! Actually think I might have a phobia rather than just insomnia, as getting panick attacks in the night and have terrible dreams. Wine seems to be making me dozy, might watch some Sunday night TV, its so boring its bound to have an effect!
Guest guest
<<<sounds interesting, but how do you find one, yellow pages? Do they mind if you have smelly feet )>>> For the Cranial Osteopath try ringing Osteopathy information service (02073576655) www.osteopathy.org.uk.. Best thing is if you can get one recommended but if not then try to find one that works in connection with a natural health clinic as they are often stricter about them being registered by the proper areas.. Oh and no they don't mind smelly feet. Lonnie Phoebe & Eloisa's mama & expecting a Christmas delivery... My therapist told me the way to achieve true inner peace is to finish what you start. So far today, I have finished 2 bags of chips and a Chocolate cake. I feel better already.
