Thanks, . I'll see how I go on this next chelation round and

may consider decreasing time between doses next time.

When I took ALA, at first I tried waking up twice in the night to

keep to the 3-hour dosing schedule. I was totally wrecked from loss

of sleep, couldn't do it. I ended up dosing every 3 hours in the

daytime, but leaving about 4 1/2 hours between doses at night.

Possibly a mistake. I will calculate next time so that there is no

more than 3 1/2 hours between doses in the day, and 4 hours at night.

I took liquorice extract in the past, before HC, and it helped; as it

simply extends the life of cortisol in the body, I haven't needed it

since taking HC. I take a glandular too.

I didn't actually know that epsom salts were OK to take as a

magnesium supplement. That would actually be great because they are

dirt cheap. How would you recommend I take them, stirred into some

water? How much and how often? I think I'm still pretty deficient in

mag despite the 800mg a day supplementation.

Thanks again,

.

You can take Epsom salts several times a day to get magnesium cheaply.

1/4-1/2 teaspoons with meals will do it.
