No not always... As this was what I thought to... but according to a mother in

my local Toddler group (who has a Ciara) it can also be pronounced like the male

name Kieran.. so that makes it Kee rahh.. (so the middle a is silent)..

personally I prefer it as the Key aaa raaa sound... much nicer..

LOL can you see that is not a drink that gets drunk a lot in our household??
