Quick question.

I have a definate adrenal fatigue on my hair test. My copper is 56

(10-28) Low MN, low cobalt.

I have derranged mineral transport. I guess also in addition high

copper. Does it makes sense that I am a high copper, low histamine,

over methylator and I should avoid copper, supplement zinc, MB, and

maybe some MN. I have done B12 shots in the past and they make me

feel great! Would it be logical to do b12 shots, folic acid and niacin

to raise histamine and lower copper?

Thanks

I found the shots worked wonderfully. I did about 20 or so. That was

back when I was a little more unhealthy. I hear two sides to the

story that cobalt does not really directly indicate b12 status......I

understand that but couldn't it partially?....I find it funny though

that I respond well to b12 shots and have a history (as a kid) of

marcrotic anemia (large red blood cells) which is caused by b12

deficiency. And my cobalt was very low. (.013-.035) mine was

..004!!!!! Being part of the b12 molecule it would make sense. But in

not all cases IE you could just be low in cobalt and have good b12

levels or also because of the mineral derrangement.

My thing is raising histamine which is low in copper toxicity. Grams

and grams of histidine do nothing for me. B12, folate and niacin seem

too. How do I tell on the hair test if I'm a over methylator or not?

If I send it to them will they remove my info how does that work?
