Hi ,

Assuming that you don't have gallstones, you could

certainly see if your symptoms go away by not taking

so much milk thistle. I have had liver and

gallbladder issues for a long time, and take two or

three milk thistle capsules a day.

If you have stones in your gall bladder they can

compound your problems for sure. High estrogen is one

cause of stone formation, and this can be caused by

mercury exposure. Twice after unprotected filing

removals I discovered my gallbladder was entirely

filled with large fatty stones, together with loss of

10% of my body weight. I'm pretty sure there was a

connection because I closely monitored my gallbladder

for 5 years and have only had stones twice, both times

after unprotected removal of filings.

Stones in your gallbladder can cause infections which

can spread to the liver or elsewhere. That happened

to me. If a doctor finds stones in there they will

tell you to have your gallbladder removed - the most

common operation in the US. Infections can also wreck

your pancreas. Loose and pale stools, bloating

attacks, and gallbladder contractions can be caused by

stones, although they do not prove stones.

Liver cleanses are discouraged by many giving advice

to mercury toxic people. In my case they got me out

of some serious trouble with stones and weight loss,

and also eventually helped me figure out what had

caused my illness. It was when I realized that I was

only making stones after dental procedures, and only

having allergic attacks when there was metal exposure,

that I figured it all out. Cleanses do stress your

body, I agree with that, but stones can do much worse,

and are really dangerous. Whenever I suspect I might

have a stone, I make sure I am wrong. Because I think

mercury exposure from chelation could cause stone

formation, I do cleanses every once in a long time.

Good luck,

Dave

I found manganese supplementation extremely important. I ended

up taking three times the usual dose at times where my liver

was very bad.. I thought I must have gallstones. or infection in

my gallbladder as my liver area would ache like crazy... No

stones showed up with ultra sounds,,

This website... half way down the page under the title What

Factors might contribute to deficiency in manganese " Says

that " indiividuals with liver or gallbladder disorders may need

more dietary manganes. "

http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=nutrient & dbid=77

I could not sleep the pain was so bad.. I would pop a manganese

vitamin and boom I would feel relief and go to sleep again.

I do not know the amount as I do not have a bottle of it.. but it

is what it usually comes in .. natural factors is the brand I

use.. It took me a while to get my levels up.. until I

lowered the amount to one a day..
