Guest guest
>Hi, I started vegetable juicing every morning about 2 months ago and it did make me feel better before I started the chelation. I am still drinking half a glass every morning of organic beetroot, carrot, spinach, lettuce and sometimes parsley. Could this mix make me feel worse whilst chelating? I thought as it was giving me energy, making my urine more alkaline to allow for detox and generally improving my state of well being that I would continue daily through chelation. It never occured to me that it may make me feel worse when chelating? I did miss 2 days of juicing last week as I felt awful in between a round but that was just beacuse I didn't have the energy to get up and do it. It's hard to tell if I will feel worse when stopping it as I'm so up and down right now it could be any number of things. I have started getting headaches the last 2 days when I had been migraine free and doing so well for a month before chelating. Thanks for responding Josie > to add to what Jada has said on Juicing. > > I feel the same about it. I stopped juicing almost 6 months ago. Guest guest
Hi Josie the hard part about chelating is which one of these literally 100's of different treatment/food/supplement options (ie juicing or not) our body and particular weaknesses or strengths will accept or reject AND not only this BUT I think we all go through phases in chelation where sometimes something works and then it doesn't or vice versa I did not mean to imply that juicing is bad for everyone. I am sure for some it works and also is of benefit depending on your point in time in chelation I do think though that our body can initially " like " something as its different and perhaps it takes a cumalative effect before our body goes " Nah I really do not want this " back 6-10 months ago i had trouble digesting vegetables; they would come out of me the same way they went in. I still have this problem with peas and some fruits, so i think earlier juicing may have helped as i could not digest. Then I addded Betaine HCL, occasional Vitamin C, Biotin, enzymes and chromium picolinate with my meals and it seemed to help (along with chelation), so all of these options have gradually improved my digestion. I really think the mercury dumping and chelation effect during ny first months was very hard on my digestive tract as i had constantly runny stool The time involved and clean up was another reason (I think subconsciously) that i stopped juicing. It seemed to add another 30 minutes to my morning when i had less energy You may need to do a longer exclusion with keeping all your other treatment variables constant to reaaly know if it works for you or does not. I will say though that it was the morning nauseaus plus slight headache feeling that finally led me to stop juicing..I initially thought it was all the supps I was taking, but after modifying the time i was taking these first supps (i started taking them aftr breakfast about 9:00 am, instead of before breakfast ), I narrowed it down to the fact that it had to be the juicing that i was doing around 7:30 that was setting me off Its funny though, now after following the AI protocol for a year and having a daily regiment that seems to work, I can sometimes have an idea right away of what it is that i need more of or less of For instance I was getting a little head nauseau in the morning and remembered this was how too high a dosage of zinc was naking me feel so I cut back from 30 mgs 3 times a day to 15 mgs ( 3 times a day) and it stopped. It may have been something else as well so who knows sorry for long post michael > > >Hi, > > I started vegetable juicing every morning about 2 months ago and it > did make me feel better before I started the chelation. Probably not if you don't overdo it and just use the juices to supplement your diet. Juice fasts would not be a good idea because they are too hard on the adrenals (and possibly other reasons). Watch the quantity of carrot because it is higher sugar than other vegetables. Fruits would have to be minimized or not used at all because they have too much sugar. Parsley *might be a problem because it is related to cilantro, but I can't say for sure. I give my husband veg juices to help control his BP. I mainly use celery, with ginger, small amount of apple. It is very time consuming to stock up, wash it all, juice it and wash the juicer. Also, be sure to get lots of fiber by eating lots of vegetables because that's what keeps the system moving and we need it moving as we are eliminating mercury.
