Guest guest
Aine Coriander has the same effect on me as Cilantro , the Indian herb Danhia and the Chinese Parsley. I am sulphur intolerant and am very affected by all four , eventhough I really really like them. I feel good when eating them but a few hours to days later , they come to haunt me :-) I now totallyavoid them. It is difficult because you find them hidden in sausage and many other foods. Best you avoid it for a while and sharply introduce them back by having lots and see how you feel for the next couple of days.
