Coriander has the same effect on me as Cilantro , the Indian herb Danhia and

the Chinese Parsley.

I am sulphur intolerant and am very affected by all four , eventhough I

really really like them.

I feel good when eating them but a few hours to days later , they come to

haunt me :-)

I now totallyavoid them. It is difficult because you find them hidden in

sausage and many other foods.

Best you avoid it for a while and sharply introduce them back by having lots

and see how you feel for the next couple of days.
