Mercury in red blood cell analysis

I have just recently had a RBC analysis done and it actually showed

high mercury levels! I was surprised by this actually and wonder if

any of you clever folk can answer a few questions about it?

1) I did a DMSA round (25mgs)which finished about 2 days before the

blood test. Would this be the reason it was high?

2) Would the same thing happen if anyone did the test after a round of

DMSA?

3) Would the same thing happen in " non mercury poisoned poeple " ?

4) How bad news is this?

5) Any other comments?
