Guest guest
GEEZ. Now what do I eat? I'm looking at this list. All I ever eat is a sulphur food!! And in my desperate effort to control my escalating hypoadrenal symptoms, I keep adding more and more! (You know, " eat frequent high protein meals " ) Yeast extract seems to be on the list of sulphur foods. I just downed a can of Brewer's Yeast over the past month (good source of B vitamins), in addition to every other food I eat being on the list! Is Brewer's Yeast a sulphur food? I'm going to try this and see what happens in a week. Maybe this is why even my hydrocortisone hasn't made much difference, yet, either! I just keep " dosing " myself with thiols like an idiot! I know there's somebody out there who's probably reading this right now and laughing at me (TK, maybe?). Go ahead. I'm laughing at myself. I just have to laugh at myself this time. I'm tired of being such an Hg-crazed, stoney-faced, dour, humorless person. Raise your hand, anyone, if you've banged your head against a wall too long, like me! Let's all start a chelation comedy club, or something. That would lighten our hypoadrenal load, wouldn't it! Finally, you may have to see if you react to phenols. [...] Abrenica
