Guest guest
Hi Darren, That was a really good post, esp. your list of the supplements you currently take... helpful to me as I try to figure out everything I need right now in my own personal " arsenal " , as I undertake chelation for the first time next week. Re: taking L-tyrosine for the foggy, sluggish brain, are you taking that on an empty stomach? It's imperative to do so, so that other amino acids in food don't compete with it for uptake into the brain. I know for myself personally, it has helped a great deal, for both mood and mental clarity. I may take it with other supplements, but otherwise my stomach is empty. Haven't noticed any benefit from it. I've typically been taking 1000mg twice per day. What dosage works for you? Did it take a while to realize the effect, or did you notice on the first day? Thanks, Darren
