Guest guest
Wow . It¡Çs just amazing. Tell your daughter she has talent at poetry. Hard to believe it¡Çs written by a 12 year old. Debbie with twins - Jordan (ASD) 2.5yo - (NT) 2.5yo Poem by my 12 year old daughter Folks, I was blown away when I read what my daughter wrote Untitled by Alyx Loffer Thunderstorms feel like soft peaceful misery Pulling itself upon me As I remember him Cold air feels like sharp needles Fighting their way into me Smell of sweet scented grass Moist with the morning storm Sky...Dark, Gloomy, Grey Much like how I feel Thunder rolls like hundreds of horses Galloping in the wind And my heart, still very sore and broken Leaves with the storm. Guest guest
Incredible poem, ! My dear sister was named Alix, by the way, and I have always loved the name. I used to complain to my mother about how I got the boring name. She died three years ago of ovarian cancer and is sorely missed by us all. Guest guest
She complains her name sounds like a boy all the time. I think her name is beautiful but she would prefer I call her Andy. Now how much of a boy's name is that? I'm sorry for you, your sister and family...how incredibly painful. She must have been very young. > Incredible poem, ! > > My dear sister was named Alix, by the way, and I have always loved the name. > I used to complain to my mother about how I got the boring name. Guest guest
Wow. If she lived here I'd urge her to enter my library's annual poetry contest.
