Cuyler,

I agree with Pink Joyce. I believe I posted earlier that my pharmacy actually emptied the vials for me into a large bottle that I was able to use a dropper that had measurements on it and showed 3ml so all I had to do was measure it out. They also gave me another measurer that I could pour the liquid into to measure the 3ml. Either way you'll need to mix it with something. My doctor suggested juice so that's what I do. To answer your question about the vials, you just have to remove the silver top and then pop off the rubber top and measure out the 3ml.

The pill type comes from health food stores. I believe some members order it on line. I bought mine from GNC and I only use it when I'm away from home since the liquid has to be refrigerated.

Hope this helps.

On a previous post, members have said they have this medication in both capsule form and a vial with a twist off cap.My vial is the typical one with a rubber cover just under an aluminum cap and I cannot find a way to get the medicine out without using a needle to extract and then to squirt it into my mouth.I asked the Wal Mart pharmacist if they would order either of the other types for me and was told what I have is the only kind available from the mfr.Anyone know about this? I'm taking 3ml twice a day and each vile contains 30ml.Thanks!Cuyler
