Thanks for posting your progress report, Sunshine. I have followed

your journey with interest and it is good to get such a detailed

review. You are more aggressive with the cleanses than most of us

are, and it certainly gives us something to think about. One of these

days I may get brave enough to try one!

Keep up the hard work!

Yeah, aggressive on the cleanses because i have had such amazing

results from them. I know some people on YFDC don't approve, but they

totally turned my life around.

Yes, you do need to be brave, but that applies to anything new that we

try, especially when we experiment with our oh so poor health. I was

only happy trying each cleanse after painstakingly long & careful

research & cross referancing the ingredients of each in AI to make sure

I was not unwittingly gonna screw myself up, again. Once I researched

them, it was easy to try them out. Once I felt that feeling of healing

doing them repeatedly was as easy as falling off a log.

There is a specific order that is recommended you do the cleanses in….i

did it all exactly backwards in the opposite order, LOL, with the

toughest first and the easiest last. Not ideal, but now I know why they

are in a specific order!

I can recommend them all, bowel, parasite, kidney…all except the liver

flushing. Liver flushing is way too powerful and Cutler is totally spot

on…avoid them. Castor oil packs are much more gentle and civilised way

to detox the liver anyway.

Take care,

Sunshine
