Guest guest
Thank you, . Incidentally, the (smart, well-educated, chelating) person who told me about this list-serve indeicated that the two supplements that can be takne in unusually high doses (compared to dosing for the general population) are vitamin A (which he said could be taken at 50,000 - 100,000 IU long term), and zinc (which he said should be dosed using Andy's formula: 20 mg + 1 mg per pound of body weight, per day, yielding, say, 170 mg), and that I could find this type of information (updated with respect to the book, AI) on this list- serve. I do see that molybdenum is another supplemetn that can be taken in higher doses than would be normal for the general publc. I see your reference in AI, that 20,000 IU of vitamin A is a good long-term maintenance dose, and 50,000 IU can be taken for up to a month, and 100,000 IU can be taken for 3 days provided the previous dosing was no more than 20,000. Since the book is nince years old, is this still the current understanding for dosing vitamin A? The maximum zinc dosing in AI is 100 mg, pre ALA chelation. I can't find any info about a formula of Andy's that yields higher doses. For years, I've been a heavy user of supplements at high-normal doses, which keep me fairly functional, but for the last three days I tried 30,000 IU of vitamin A (up from 10,000) and 90 mg of zinc (up from 30), and 375 mcg of molybdenum (up from 0) and for the last three nights I've had the best sleep in years. > > > > > What is the proper dose range for vitamin A (oil-based), for mercury- > > > poisoned adults (with no pregnancy possibilites), pre- and post- > > > amlagam-removal? > > > > > > From " Amalgam Illness " , page 165, 20,000 iu, except pregnant women or > women who could become pregnant should keep vit A below 10,000 iu. > See the book for more detail.
