Guest guest
Hey , Good job for starting to understand all this stuff. You almost got it right, just a few errors. It's taken me a while to really understand this too. High Plasma Cysteine: -has nothing to do with sulfation -causes reaction to sulfur foods(foods with free thiol groups) -only fixed with exclusion from diet of sulfur foods -Sulfur foods mobilize mercury, increase Sulfation Problem: -Phase 2 liver metabolism. -This is when you have trouble with DHEA, Salycilates -This is what molybdenum helps I don't know what sulfoxidation is, I've never heard of it. to answer your questions: a) No, they are not both phase 2 processes No, you don't have to go on the Feingold Diet for poor sulfation. Thought it is one option and may be helpful. Try molybdenum(to increase self made sulfate) and supplemental sulfate(magnesium/glucosamine) or certain enzyme products are available that digest foods so you don't use your own sulfate up. c)Not true. Sulfation has nothing to do with sulfur foods d)I don't know the answer to this question, can someone else help out?
