I've never called Drs Data, I was calling Direct Labs, but they did not returns

any of my calls. I ordered my test direct from Direct Labs online.

I can view pdfs normally but the website they sent me to to access the results

would not load the pdf file at all.

I will try and find a copy shop or try and think of someone that might be able

to scan it. Time/energy is difficult.

You should not be calling doctor's data, if that is what you are trying. If

you got it from DirectLabs.Com, you should be calling them - they do answer

the

phone. If you got it form a doctor, you should be contacting him/her.

There should be no problem seeing a pdf on an old computer.

Worst comes to worst, go to a copy shop and have them scan it for you.

Probably cost you 3 bucks.

The solution to that problem is to call the sales dept and to not let them

send

you to an answering machine.

And/or use a computer at a library/friend's that might work better.
