Guest guest
I agree with TK. Stay at this dose for a while (4-6 rounds). It is possible that you are tolerating this dose fine, but it can also happen that it takes a couple of rounds before some body compartment starts dumping its mercury load, and then symptoms can begin. If you don't see anything in those couple of rounds then, gingerly, start increasing. (Best not to increase by more than 50% at a time.) Remember, this stuff has been in your body for a long time, and now you're finally giving it a route out. With all the amalgam removal and the start of chelation, your body is going through some major readjustment. Dave. Posted by: " penciloid " hoppythetoad@... I'm somewhat tired from the adrenal fatigue I've been battling for over a year. But I feel no different than normal. How do I know it's working? How do I know when to up the dose? Just a heads up, that chelation does seem to be hard on your adrenals, so your adrenal fatigue could get worse as you chelate. So if you're not supporting them now, you may need to in the future.------------Jackie But I feel no different than normal. How do I know it's working? How do I know when to up the dose? -----------You might not notice anything until you end the round, and you still might not notice anything then either. But it is still safest to do a few rounds at the same dose before increasing. Some times side effects sneak up on you. Dean's rule of thumb is 3 rounds with no side effects before increasing the dosage.---------Jackie
