Guest guest
penciloid, are you taking something for the adrenals..as I understand it you need to be especially supportive of adrenals during chelation, especially if they have been already giving you trouble Fo me , i think the adrenal support has been integral to getting through the chelation, (reducing fatigue and night aches) including the following ** hydrocortisone 20 mgs a day 10MGs in am and 10 mgs at night seems to work best for me ** Dhea AND Pregnenolone ** cutting out caffeine and sugar ** siberian ginseng (500 mgs twice a day) ** smaller meals with protein at each meal Someone posted here months ago that too much melatonin can be bad for adrenals. I was taking upwards of 20+ each night..I cut back to 6-9 mgs and It seemed to help adrenals and reduce fatigue and has not interfered with my sleep I am at month 5 of chelation and seem to have more energy and optimism...still only at 12.50 mgs of ALA As Tk said do not increase too fast no matter how good you feel. I think the one very bad spell I experienced was when I got carried away with increasing the dosage of DMSA/ALA too fast and it set me back a few weeks Goodluck > > I'm on day two of my first round of DMSA.
