Guest guest
dudley Have you tried 5-HTP? The body makes it from tryptophan, then it is turned into serotonin. If you don't have enough seratonin you cannot relax. I have been taking 2 50mg capsules every day (one in am, one in pm) and find I sleep better, dream more, and if my cat wakes me up at 4:00, I can get back to sleep. pegiot Subject: insomnia, unreality feelings To: frequent-dose-chelation Date: Monday, June 23, 2008, 8:40 AM hi iam a 54 year old male new to the group from the UK. i have not started chelating yet as i may still have some mercury under a front bridge, although unlikely do not want to take chances. in the meantime has anybody any suggestions for insomnia.haven' t slept longer then 3hrs and thats broken, for 10months, and after that laying in bed get more and more agitated and even the most trivial thought disturbs me. also i have this permanent feeling of unreality all the time (10mnths) and its really awful.Has anyone else had this feeling thats gone when they started chelating? thanks Dudley. I see Dean responded. Only thing I would be able to suggest is to try eating your carbs at night, take melatonin (you can take lots - up to 20-30mg if needed), sometimes GABA can help with th melatonin (though it just seems to make some people calm, clear headed, and not in the least bit sleepy). >also i have this permanent feeling of unreality all the time (10mnths) and its really awful.Has anyone else had this feeling thats gone when they started chelating? I did lie and stare at the ceiling for a couple of years, and there wasnt' much of a sense that time existed. Thank god that's gone ... >thanks Dudley. Dave.
