thyroid problems - armour or T3?

I'm pretty sure I have thyroid problems but am not sure which I

need - Armour or T3? Is it just trial and error? I was on Armour

awhile ago but the doctor would only raise it a little because of my

TSH score. Will the canary results indicate which I need?
