We supplement individual Bs based on need & whether we think they are helping or

not.

When we think we need to address adrenal problems, we increase B5 and B6. We

don't eat

much meat, so we take xt B12. When trying to heal gut problems, we took xt

Folic Acid.

Sometimes you just have to do the best you can, re: $$.
