question about individual B vitamins

Is it necessary/advisable to take individual B vitamins IN ADDITION TO

the B complex? Which of the other B's should be increased above the

B-complex dose? Folic acid? Biotin? Thiamin?

I take a B-50 equivalent complex 3x/day. I also take B5 3x/day for

adrenal support and B6 2x/day for carpal tunnel. But what other ones

*really* need to be increased?

I'm currently taking a lot of supplements and I'd like to reduce the

quantity (and cost) if possible.
