If you think you should be sweating more here is my

experience .. I didn't used to sweat at all during being ill .

On the hottest day of summer I would be dry and cold... I

added on progesterone cream and bingo my body temperature

rhythms came to normal

Now I am pregnenolone without any other supports and doing

fine ,, but still am going to experiment with adding them

back in.. and getting my levels checked.
