Guest guest
Although I'm familiar with many supplements, I only found out about forskolin recently, when reading AI. Eg., I know Andy recommends it for some types of depression. I just did a brief search on it, and read that it's good for nerve cell repair (does this include nerve cells in the brain?) and for hormones (incl. possibly raising testosterone levels), and maybe a few more things. Now I am REALLY interested... Can someone pls help educate me more on this supplement... what is it good for / what do you take it for? Has it proven helpful? What dosage do you take? Any side effects? Can it help brain function (eg. mood and anxiety), and does anyone know how it does (eg. by nerve cell growth?)? Can it increase hormone levels? Can it improve libido? (I read it might possibly raise testosterone, as well as being a vasodilator) Does anyone know if the effects are good only while taking it, but go away if you *stop* taking it -- or are the effects " permanent " ? Lots of specific questions, I know (I like to know how things *work*), and am not expecting answers to everything, so whatever info you can provide, I'd be happy to get! Thanks.
