Yes, you can get labs on your own from ZRT. Saliva for adrenals, and blood

spot test for

thyroid. Look at the different kits at:

www.zrtlab.com

If you need Armour, I believe there are online sources.

IMO, it's a good idea to look at the big picture. How are your adrenals?

Thyroid? Sex

hormones? Gut (infections? food intolerances?).

Not everyone needs Armour (turns out I didn't), but when everything else is

balanced/fixed,

the thyroid starts working better.
