Guest guest
I am wondering if anyone else seems to have almost constant vague abdominal pain like I do. It never goes away, just sometimes diminishes a bit. It feels as if my intestines are constantly clenched tightly like a fist. I had thought that maybe the mercury is causing either the nerves or the muscles themselves to cramp constantly, similar to the way my jaw constantly clenches, whether I am awake or asleep. I did some research and mercury does seem to have this effect on muscle tissue but I can't say for sure that's why my gut is sore. It got temporarly better while taking Flagyl so I am not sure what is going on there, as that would indicate a bacterial infection. Anyone get this symptom? Guest guest
I had a HUGE amount of gut pain, irritable bowel with constant clenching and constipation and a jolt like spasm in my gut... Magnesium , alot --- like 2000-3000 mg daily... got rid of the constipation. Hydrochloric acid and enxymes including ox bile helped with nausea, THen lecithin helped with the terrible clenching..You need to take alot... but if you buy the granules it does not cost a heck of alot.. email me if you would like to know how to take it. Two chelations ago the pain { burning like pain} went away totally in my upper GI,,, My lower bowel pain is helped with homeopathic of Ecoli. plus D-mannose which also helps with ecoli infection. My shoulder/neck pain is getting less --- it is helped with homeopathic simian virus , which helps with this virus which lodges in the shoulder and neck and brain. SO after 31 years of trying everything in the book for help , and after 8 months doing frequent dose I can atest stick to the frequent dose !!!.. it is marvellous Nanciwell > > I am wondering if anyone else seems to have almost constant vague abdominal pain like I do. I had an all-low hair test too, which according to HTI (pg. 45), may be an indicator of malabsorption. As said, taking steps to improve absorption of nutrients is important. I wish I had made the connection back then when I had my hair test, but IMO that was a red flag for me, all-low hair test ===> malabsorption ===> gluten intolerance. Since giving up gluten a year ago, and addressing other gut problems, I've been feeling MUCH better. Although I never had abdominal pain, I know several people who gave up gluten as a trial, then tested it, and had severe, noticable GI distress. You could be right about parasites blocking bile flow, as I know there are some parasites that live in the bile ducts. Not sure how to test for that unless the metametrix tests can find something like that. I think I will get one of those just to be sure. Any particular test you would recommend? The DNA test sounds interesting but expensive probably. > They are probably reasonably accurate for pathogens in your colon, > but not the small intestine, or stomach, or liver, etc. I think it > is worth doing them once, but probably not repeatedly. > > You might want to look into SIBO (small intestine bacterial > overgrowth). It has varied, although the last few times it seems that about 4 weeks later the symptoms return quite suddenly. This made me suspect a pathogen since it often takes about a month for eggs to hatch and start the cycle all over again. Abdominal pain is usually the first symptom to return, then diarrhea, borborygmus, yellow stool, tinnitus, eye problems etc. > I wonder if it is actually the improved immune function that > persists, or if it just takes some time for the imbalanced flora > to develop again to the point that it causes symptoms. At this point I am confused, since nothing seems to make a bit of difference except the Flagyl, and since Flagyl has antibacterial, antiprotozoan and immunological effects it isn't diagnostic. They use Flagyl for all sorts of things it shouldn't work on but does like Rosecea, Crohns etc. Taking probiotics, diets, supplements, nothing makes any difference at all. So far the only thing that has made any difference is the Flagyl. > Your hair test says to take betaine hcl regularly. Digestive enzymes > can also help to digest stuff better before it goes lower in your gut > where it can feed the bad pathogens. I have been taking betaine with meals but it hasn't made a lot of difference. Even taking 2-3 capsules. > Mercury screws up the flora imbalance in our guts in various ways. > It screws up immune function which can allow the bad flora to > proliferate, (I think) it can directly kill the good flora, it can > reduce stomach acid which normally kills the pathogenic stuff that > comes in with food, it can cause reduced adrenal function which > impairs the body's ability to fight infections, and perhaps other > effects, too. I was also wondering about magnesium and how it can affect the gut muscles. I am low according to my hair test and I do experience a lot of muscle spasms, ticks, and twitches. If the same were true of the gut muscles I wonder if that can screw your digestion up to the point where IBS symptoms start to happen. > So parasites and other pathogen problems are not an uncommon problem > in people with mercury problems. Its been a battle since regular doctors don't put much tender in parasites, hair tests, mercury poisoning, mineral deficits etc. The alternative doctors think everyone has candida, lyme, and parasites. I need a doctor who doesn't have preconceived notions about what the problem is and just goes by symptoms and test results. An actual scientist if you know what I mean, but they all seem to have an agenda. After having sudden onset joint problems after getting a full vaccination panel for immigration reasons last year, it pointed me in the direction of Hg toxicity since a couple of them had Hg in them, and my symptoms seem to be a match. The fact that I have 10 fillings that are 30 years old and hav had these symptoms for a long time, made me explore the Hg issue. My father died of supposed Alzheimers last year, but he also had a mouth filled with amalgam, and now that I look back at his symptoms they all match Hg poisoning. I wish I had known about this stuff then so I could have at least given him a hair test. It has made me wonder if my family is genetically sensitive to Hg and has caused problems like this. Guest guest
Dear , I had terrific abdominal pain when I started to chelate with DMSA - I only use ALA now. After a trip to the A & E, my doctor gave me Lansoprazole which thankfully did the trick.
