Thinking of investing in one as Mari is still very attached to >her high-chair, there's a cheaper one in the PHP catalogue - looks the same >to me? I've got a cheaper version of the Tripp Trapp - from the GLTC catalogue. The big difference is, I think, that the horizontal bits can't go backwards and forwards. I've since seen that TT's have lots of other accessories too, like a cushion liner. Mine did come with a surrounding wooden part for younger child but I ditched that fairly early on. It's a much nicer piece of furniture than a plastic highchair but we find we tend to trip over the legs that poke out at the back as they stick out beyond the furthest back part of the chair. Like this side view, if it turns out properly: * * **** ** **** ** ** ************ Would still recommend it though. I went to the Children's Seating Centre (now re-named Back ?? something) when Steffi was about 8mo and was amazed by their display of oversized furniture built so adults could appreciate the problems children face living in an adult-sized world. Also all the staff used those ball chairs when seated at their desks/workstations. I really, really want a fitball for the time I spend at the pooter. It's supposed to tone your abs and back muscles without any conscious effort whatsoever! They also had a baby carrier similar to the Wilkinet on display there but at the time I was completely addicted to my Baby Bjorn. -- Sue

(its aproper physio ball, so quite sizable and very strong) A --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
