Took us almost two years to get pg with Ben, then miscarried 15months later with much wanted next pregnancy at 13 weeks (insisted tests be carried out because of my great age (I'm now 41) which showed baby had Syndrome). After trying very hard (everynight, just in case!!!) for 18 months I sort of lost interest and had decided nothing was going to happen - bingo! New baby now due in March 2002. I didn't exactly relax and forget about conceiving but life just got so busy that it didn't seem to be the most important thing on the agenda. Now it certainly is!! ann SAHM to (15/1/86), Kirsty (5/6//87) and Ben (11/7/98) DS3 due 26/3/02. Editor Cambridge newsletter

The best are about 5-7 days old, need 48hours to mature at least. the baby making recipe that worked for me and many I know goes like this SI immediately after period finishes and then not again till 14 days before next period due, then 48hours later and 48hours after that. for me it worked each month we did it - 3 times, 1st was a miscarriage, 2nd and 3rd were dds Sue
