Also, maybe the oil is off? Or you have developed an intolerance to one of the herbs. (I personally don't think any herb should be taken longer than 6 weeks at a time). You would have consider going off all the supplements and adding them back one by one. Or if that scares you, drop one at a time until you find the right one. Do you take these all at once? I have also taken the mik thistle longer than 6 weeks - I will see tomorrow, if not I will try lowering my dose of zinc as that's my next suspect. I did consider going off all my supplements then re-introducing them but it woud take so long and I feel terrible off them so think I will stick to dropping them off one by one. I take all my morning ones at once, lunchtime and evening ones. Perhaps I should try to take them at seperate intervals although that may be difficult to remember. The exceptions are calcium, magnesium and malic acid, L-glutamine with probiotics, digestive aid. I also wondered as the viridian supplements all contain spirulina, alfalfa and bilberry extract if I am having too much of that so have e-mailed the company. Also wondered about glycerine capsules if they can cause prblems. I was considering trying Dr teitalbaums energizing powder but it contains copper so not so sure. I have just started D-ribose yesterday too. Thanks for your help, you have given me some things to think about. Josie
Guest guest
Youve got to stop the spirulina Josie.. It is bad news for us with mercury... Chlorella a similar thing gave me severe vomiting for many hours.. If you are still nauseous. Do not take the zinc on an empty stomach.. That also made me vomit for hours.. Eating it with meals is fine... Maybe you could take smaller doses of zinc because we do need zinc. I do not know---- Can we ever have too much of it?? Ie does it build up in our bodies. I doubt we could get too much from our diet?? Choi nanci

I had real problems with rancid oils. smell it and taste it....it should taste nice...if you wrinkle you nose up and/or it tastes yuck....its rancid. Muscle testing will also work if you can do that. And get someone else to check it too....I could never tell myself without muscle testing but my wife could tell from a foot away the smell was so bad. Does not matter if the bottle is new and kept in the fridge, which it should be, these oils easily go rancid sitting in a hot warehouse/shop.
