It's also possible to have both high and low progesterone during your cycle. Progesterone levels will take some time to come down if you decrease/discontinue the cream. Any thyroid scores to share? IMO, your adrenal scores do not look that bad. That's a pretty good starting score in the morning, which a lot of people with tired adrenals just can't muster up. I've seen plenty of morning scores posted that were in the basement, like 3, or 5. You're at 17. Cortisol will rise in response to low blood sugar. It might be a good idea to take a look at what you're eating during the day (not too many carbs, enough fat and protein) and making sure you are eating often enough. Just having a small, high protein before-bed snack can help some people sleep through the night (and lower that midnight score). JMO, but I would not take the Isocort at this time, but focus on other adrenal supporting supplements (Vit. C, B5, B6, etc.), and other lifestyle changes. The Isocort might raise your cortisol further and aggravate your insomnia. That high progesterone needs to be addressed ASAP, IMO. That can be the root of a lot of problems. I'd also hold off on the DHEA right now too, as that is upstream of other hormones. What was the range for estradiol? Another option is to do further sex hormone testing from Diagnos-Techs to see what your hormones are doing over your cycle. There is an 11-vial female hormone panel taken over 30-45 days. You'll need competent help to get accurate results while on the P cream. Have you been tested for food intolerances? What are you doing for candida? Good luck,
Guest guest
The 70-90 range is not from the lab. It's from Andy Cutler in Amalgam illness. > >Just another idea that might help: > > >Get a CBC and see whether you're anemic. > > >I have your symptoms, too. Figured I was adrenal fatigued. Guest guest
The difference could be in the units. I haven't been following this thread, but no units are given in these posts. > > The 70-90 range is not from the lab.
