Missed taking DMSA after very first dose!

If one misses taking the next dose (ie 2nd dose) of DMSA after just

having taken the very first dose of a round when can the round be

resumed? The first dose was taken at 8 am (keeping 4 hour intervals).

Can the round be resumed at night around 8pm or the next morning at

8am, or should the entire weekend be skipped? Amount of DMSA is 25mg

for a body weight of 160 pounds.
