At the moment, 1200 pounds would be equivalent to 2409.41 CAN$.

At Air Canada right now there are seats from Vancouver to London for

$274 each way. Seattle is a short bus ride from Vancouver. I think

it would be cheaper to fly to see , and do the tests she

recommends. Check and see if you are allowed to import prescription

drugs.

DMPS is very nice to have because of the longer dose interval and low

side effect profile.

I wouldn't pay for the tests that the doctor recommended. It's

highway robbery the way that he loots people.

------------The doctor called today and said the stool test was no

longer done by that lab and there might be a lab in USA that we could

use……..wonderful…..just shows how much experience this village idiot

has with these tests.

So to recap Dr Downing tests: urine test is 6 hours, liver test

involves me taking things that make me sick, caffeine and I'm

unwilling to take aspirin and paracetamol anyway…..and the stool test

is discontinued……hardly inspires me with confidence.

----------------Why am I after DMPS? Options is all. I have done 18

rounds now and am at 5mg DMSA every 2.5 hours. DMPS is supposed to be

a better chelator, with fewer side effects…I am not in any rush but

if I can speed and ease my healing…great. If I can't…then what I'm

doing is going really well anyway, as I said before I am a zillion

times better than I was and am almost leading a normal-ish life now.

I am not dealing with lead.

I am dealing with MSC.

ALA is next for me, but before I try ALA I want to be able to

increase my dmsa dose and I just decreased the dose! LOL.

-----correct. I see no reason to waste my time and money on this.

-------I argued with him for the full 2 hours, but I was after DMPS

from him, so I did not question his methods, I just said I was only

willing to use the Cutler method and was unwilling to consider

anything else. I didn't want to piss him off because I wanted

something from him. His criticism of something he had not read, nor

studied was embarrassing to behold, especially as he markets himself

as a mercury expert, but I didn't say anything because I was after

something from him. Broking & negotiation is my profession and

belittling someone when trying to get something from them is unlikely

help me get what I want.

Anyway….i will avoid this doctor and suggest everyone else does too.

i am from the uk and dr downing is one of many drs associated with

bio lab and many of them claim to know about mercury chelation. i

have seen two before i knew about the cutler protocol, and was told

to take ala 400mg 1xday, cilantro, and chorella all once a day thank

god i never did this.the point i make is anyone from the uk who see

these drs cannot expect them to be sympathetic to the cutler

programme, and can be very dangerous
