---Thanks Dean. Pretty depressing though isn't it? How on earth do you

folk cook family meals with that list when we can't have any fish or

shellfish because of the mercury and you may be limited to the

vegetable selection available in supermarkets. (here in Switzerland

that's gonna be a tricky one indeed!)

And no gluten free flour or anything? How about rice flour? cornflour?

No tomatoes so no bolognese? What about things like curry powder? Is

this literally " it " ?

I don't know but I know I am on low sulfur and feingold so if

you need some ideas, let me know. You do get used to it but it is

challenging. I am on feingold because of fast phase one liver at

Andy's recommendation but I don't know if it is related to sulfation.

I'd love to know the answer.
