Guest guest
> Where I can buy Cholestyramine. It's available by prescription and is made by Questran. Active ingredient is Choley Resin Inactive Ingredients: citric acid anhydrous, fructose, mono ammonium glycyrrhizinate, pectin propylene glycol alginate, sorbitol, sucrose, xanthan gum, natural and artificial orange flavor, D & C Yellow No. 10 aluminum lake, FD & C Yellow No. 6 aluminum lake. I don't want all those gnarly extra ingredients in my system so I get plain Choley Resin from a compounding pharmacy. The one I have now is from " The Compounding Pharmacist " in Pennsylvania . They ship. It may not be the cheapest, I don't know which one is, but I do like that they include magnesium and it's relatively easy to drink when mixed with water. It is pretty chalky stuff! ~robin
Guest guest
There's also a source for compounded cholestyramine in California which I understand is the least expensive source (according to someone who checked around). It's called Dollar Drug in Santa CA - 1-. They ship compounded CSM all over the country. I got some from them - they were very good to deal with. You can get it with or without added stevia. I got it plain and flavored it myself.
