I have been sampling a few sulphur foods here and there but I am doing

it sparingly..one serving per meal

ie love bean soup so I have had this a few times with no reaction

so far. This after 5 months of chelation

I also had some broccoli last night (small serving) and seemed ok

also a week ago I had some fantastically grilled asparagus

and again no problem

yesterday I had some indian food with onions and garlic...no issues

I am trying to hold myself back so I do not get out of control

MY sense is that my body burden of mercury must be going down (maybe

tissues)so less mercury to be mobilized by sulphur foods

I would suggest a go slow approach just like the chealtion..

personally I picked the sulphur foods that I miss and am selecting

one every 2-3 days

I am keeping eggs out of the mix as I showed bad food allergies to them

I think many are more likely to have food allergy to eggs than veggies

(my opinion only)

------Ok, thanks you two. I have had lots of foods coming back to me

recently that I used to be intolerant to, so that important to know.

I will go with the " one at a time, see how I feel " method. Starting

with foods I miss the most.

Good to have you back TK.
