TK--- you can, this will give you the biggest reaction if they are a

problem still, but you may suffer depending on how sensitive you are.

TK--- depends on the person -

skipping them for 7-8 months does not make you less sensitive - you

still may or may not be able to tollerate them depending on a number of

factors - this is not like foods you may have an allergin to which can

reduce supposedly by not using them.
