Thanks Dave. As I mentioned, this test is that of a friend of mine,

not me. Her doctor says she's fine but she doesn't feel fine.

I wrote from a black & white copy so that's why I had to guess at

one of the colors with the color chart in Hair Test book...Thanks!!
