Guest guest
Molybdenum: 1-3mg/d. Zinc: if mercury toxic, then 20mg + 1mg/lb-bodyweight otherwise, I'm actually not clear. If mineral transport is orderly, then this level of zinc could well be toxic. I know that RDA is 15mg and early on Andy is saying 10-30mg (AI) - but his recommendations for zinc (in mineral disordered people) has increased over time. I don't know if it's increased for people with orderly minerals or not. (Does anyone know?) I take about 250 mg of zinc daily with little results. How much manganese is recommended? I know Andy says to be careful with MN since it can be a complimentary toxin to mercury. I am a large guy 220 pounds 6'3 ft tall. Thanks
