Guest guest
I am trying to figure out the best possible way for me to do rounds with my daughter, who goes to school. I pick her up from school on friday at 210pm. She goes back to school on Monday at 7am. Do I have enough time to give her the length of a round that is required? Or would I be cutting it too short, due to her schedule. I also would like to know if anyone here, in a similiar situation, has noticed that your children tend to be so worn-out, and/or mentally stressed during the Mon. thru Fri. school week because of chelating on the weekends? My daughter is the type that tended to do well while on rounds, and not so good while off. History: We started chelation a few months ago, and I have previously posted what supps she was on. Her headaches were bad, and she complained of being dizzy. We were using DMSA only @ 3mg per dose. I can't see that the dose was too high. But, she was complaining so much, that we took an *extended* break. Now I am ready to resume, but she's in school. And I would like some feedback from others who've been there, done that. Also, with her being gone so much of the day, how would I be able to give her the required amount of supps? I used to spread the dosages throughout the day. But, now that doesn't seem like an option. Please offer advice!! Summer

We also find there is LOT of school holidays with either Friday or Monday off, in addition to Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter where you can do longer rounds. This is important for kids who do better " on " rounds, as does our little one, age 7.===> I also would like to know if anyone here, in a similiar situation, has noticed that your children tend to be so worn-out, and/or mentally stressed during the Mon. thru Fri. school week because of chelating on the weekends? One of the things we tried which was helpful for the tiredness was Siberian Ginseng, seems to cut this side effect totally.===> Also, with her being gone so much of the day, how would I be able to give her the required amount of supps? Some do breakfast, snack and then with a bedtime snack. It seems to work just as well as the breakfast, lunch, dinner thing. Please offer advice!! Guest guest
****How much Siberian Ginseng do you recommend? My dd is 9yo and weighs 70lbs. I was also under the impression that side effects were fewer and more tolerable with DMSA than ALA. Hence, we made the decision to use the DMSA. At what dose did you start you dd on ALA?
