That's why I'm confused. I don't believe I'm in the early stages, I think I'm on the upswing from being in stage 7. I had all the symptoms of Addinson's a year ago, I've been sick enough I've barely left home in 2 years. We had to move in December, and got into a city with a good alternative medicine community. We had lived very rural prior to this, which is why I've been sick for so long with only partial resolution- the part I could figure out myself. The adrenal issues are what lead me onto the search to figure it all out and get help, which lead me to the doctor who believes my root cause of all of it is mercury and wants to do chelation. We're waiting on the hair tests to come back, and I'm waiting to start chelation until I've read everything I can and am comfortable with how to proceed. > doesn't necessarily mean you have enough aldosterone. If that progresses unmediated, it leads to I've never had it go to decreased consciousness. The first time it happened, I did have mental confusion and apprehension, but it hasn't happened again since then, and I haven't had another attack as severe as that first one, either. > Please try something: for at least 2 days, mix 1/2 teaspoon of salt in a > glass of water first > thing in the morning and drink it. It's helped. My last two adrenal attacks were after heavy sweating, and I didn't increase my salt intake to compensate for it. Now I've learned. Any idea about an upper daily limit? I'm trying to figure out how much to consume if I am sweating. Thanks, !
