Thanks for putting this in the Links section. I just listened to it, and

it's very good. I think everyone should listen to it, especially newer members.

He explains alot. So please take the time to do this. Nothing like hearing it

straight from the horses mouth

should work. I downloaded it once, so now I can just click on play and it
