---------Have you had your ferritin level checked? That is your body store of

iron (for those who may not know). Mine was *extremely* low 3 years ago, only

4!!! Andy does say to keep iron levels lower when toxic, and recommends a

ferritin between 30-70, but as you can see, I was much lower than that, so some

iron supplementation has been ok for me. I also take lots of antioxidants, as

Andy recommends in this situation.-------Jackie
