But the label says " Freeze Dried Adrenal Cortex " and some other stuff. So it probably does contain ACE, but it says only 5mg per pellet, so would still be a very small amount. And most of us who use ACE use much larger doses, so use other brands/products that are pure ACE. -------Jackie
Guest guest
Hi Jackie- How much ACE do people usually take? I have Allergy Research ACE and the label says one cap per day. Is that usually enough? I just bought a new bottle so I'll use it up before I switch. I guess that's ok - to switch from Isocort to ACE? Plus I'm taking pregnenolone which is supporting something (adrenals?). And I don't see why you couldn't take both, if Isocort does *something* for you. I take both HC and ACE, so I don't see why you couldn't take Isocort and ACE at the same time. But if the ACE alone works, then just use that. I actually keep a bottle of Isocort on hand as an emergency backup, in case I run out of HC for some reason (like I don't reorder soon enough!). And it's ok to take other adrenal support too. I take HC, ACE, DHEA, and pregnenolone everyday. My adrenals need alot of help --------Jackie Val
