Guest guest
ok so about three weeks ago, i hit a brick wall with ALA..could not tolerate even a small dose and I had been at 25+ mgs per 3 hrs so on my last airtrip i took the " bible " AI and low and behold found what i think was my problem i had been continuosly chelating with both DMPS and ALA. I had only started the continuous chelation with ALA for about 6 weeks. I have been doing continous chelation with dmps as it just lessened the pain to be on it almost 24-7 (I do not think dmsa is a good candicate for continous chelation due to its effect on neutrophils) along the same time i ran out of molybdenum and cut back my zinc does as they seemd t be causing me headaches The DUH moment was in reading AI a few weeks ago and reading how contnuois ALA can cause copper build up and zinc deficiency. Copper build up can be reduced by Molybdenum so i started back in on molyB to cut what i guess what was excess copper and increased zinc and am now back in to round 2 of ALA withou any symptoms (3 days on 4 off)
