Guest guest
to add to what Jada has said on Juicing. I feel the same about it. I stopped juicing almost 6 months ago. For me, I found that the juicing must do something that makes the veggies more concentrated which is just too hard on me... Plus I have been reading a lot that our body needs the actual veggies for both the fibre content and the enzymatic conversion in raw form (probably more so for us sickies)/ My NP also suggested raw veggies (i use celery) which he says you should take with protein to help the body digest protein and get the enzymes fully converted Be careful with detoxing/probiotics as they can be hard on an already fragile mercury laden body that is working O/T particularly the liver and kidneys.. we had a small discussion a few weeks back on the forum about coffee enemas not agreeing to well with some of us, so be careful with all of the detox protocols same with regular body massage, I can handle one now, but for the last year or more (before and after amalgam removal); it would make me ache for a day or so after and was what I believe caused by mecury redistribition My cranial sacral massage was a godsend though in opening up blockages > > While not an " expert " on this particular thing.
