Hi, The only use of phosphatidylserine that I know of is the cortisol lowering affect by lowering ACTH production (that's not to say there are not others, I just have not researched the issue, so your idea would be as good as mine from here on). What I can tell you is that DiagnosTech's suggest that you take PS within 1-2 hours before peak cortisol production e.g. Mostly this would be for high cortisol at 11-midnight on testing.
