Sheri -

4 reds (Yes, Germanium is red.)

11 high.

9 outside green zone.

Meets one counting rule.

Nothing noticably elevated.

High probability of mercury tox.

Co red low ==> <<maybe>> B12 will be useful.

Na/Mg = 18 Wow! That's a whopping amount of adrenaline!

Avoid Tyrosine and phenylalanine.

That means, avoid red meat. Fish and some folw is ok.

[Check plasma cysteine (ie do a " sulfur exclusion diet " , search on onibasu.com

for this), if low or normal it is easy to consume a vegetarian diet with lots

of protein (and sulfur) in it.]

ca & Mg vs. Na & k pattern ==> adrenal stress

Consider adrenal support:

Small high protein meals

Electrolyte replacement

Licorice in AM.

ACE/Isocort/HC

etc.

Na/K fine

K/Ca = .66 too high ==>

Consider testing thyroid.

(fT3, fT4, TSH, antibodies, get the results and interpret yourself with the

help of AI. Experts on this list.)

My just previous post has all the basic supps listed in it.

Dave.

Hi,

I'm new to this list, but have been on the Autism-Mercury list for a

few months. I've just recently heard some mention of adrenal and

thyroid issues and their relation to mercury toxicity and would love

more information. My husband's DDI hair analysis meets the counting

rules for mercury toxicity, and I was wondering how you can determine

if adrenal and thyroid issues are a problem as well? We are planning

to start chelating him very soon.

Thank you for any input,

Sheri
