Andy - modified dosing schedule okay?

After 33 rounds I've worked my way up to 25 mg ala every 2 hours, 4 hours at

night. This is comfortable and I'd like to keep it at this schedule

indefinitely. Two questions:

1. Since the night interval between doses is half the daytime interval,

should I take a double dose (50 mg) the last dose of the day and the

middle-of-the-night dose?

2. This last round I did 4 days on and 3 days off. I'd like to keep it at

that to move things along faster. Will I do any horrible harm to myself

over the long haul by not giving myself 4 days off after 4 days on?
